This is a web-only feature - it can't be completed on the mobile app.
This feature is only accessible by Administrators.
Why can't I delete a user?
- To preserve historical data, users cannot be deleted once they are created.
This makes it available to other members of the project teams they were working with.
- Inactivating a user removes their access.
They will not be able to sign into their account unless they are reactivated by an Administrator.
How to inactivate a User
- Select Users from the left navigation bar.
- Find and click on the user from the list.
The user form will open.
- Click the elipses (...) on the left side of the Account Status section.
- Select inactive.
- Scroll down and click Save.
You can return a user to active at any time.
Repeat the steps above and select active.
