How to add a new user

  1. Select Users from the left navigation bar. 
     
  2. Click Add New User on the top-right side of the page. 
     

  3. Fill out the form.

Determine Roles & Purchasing Limits

  1. Select a Role from the drop-down list. 
    ! If the role you need isn't available, click "Add roles here."

       
  2. Enter a Purchasing Limit.
    If you select a role, the Purchasing Limit field will autopopulate from the Roles & Purchasing Limits page.

    • You can enter a custom purchasing limit for a user.
      The purchasing limit for the role will not change if you override the default limit - only the user is affected.

      To change the default purchasing limit for the role, change it from the Roles & Purchasing Limits page.

   

 

 

Determine the user's Permission Set

Select the permission set your user will need to use QuoteToMe.


   

Add User (invite user)

An email invitation will be sent to the user, who will be asked to change their password.

  1. Complete the form on the Add New User page.
     
  2. Click the Add User button.
    • The user must accept your invitation from their email.
    • You can reset their password from their User page if needed.
