This feature is only accessible by Administrators


Here, you can change or update your PO template information such as your billing address.

! AP Contact information can only be changed from the Contacts page.


Changes made here will only affect new purchase orders. 

Previously-issued POs will not be changed to preserve historical data and ensure accurate billing.


 

 

How to edit your PO template

  1. Hover over the icons on the left navigation bar to open the drawer.
     
  2. Select Info from the Companies drop-down.
     
  3. Make your changes as needed.
     
  4. Click Update to save changes.
