This is a web-only feature - it can't be completed on the mobile app.


This feature is only accessible by Administrators.


Why can't I delete a user?

  • To preserve historical data, users cannot be deleted once they are created. 
    This makes it available to other members of the project teams they were working with.
     
  • Inactivating a user removes their access
    They will not be able to sign into their account unless they are reactivated by an Administrator.

 



How to inactivate a User

 

  1. Select Users from the left navigation bar. 
     
  2. Find and click on the user from the list. 
    The user form will open.
     
  3. Click the elipses (...) on the left side of the Account Status section. 
     
  4. Select inactive. 
     
  5. Scroll down and click Save.


You can return a user to active at any time.
Repeat the steps above and select active
