Quote-shopping? Create a quote request and send it to suppliers of your choice! 


Once you've reviewed the quotes, you can seamlessly convert the awarded quote into a purchase order with a single tap. 


Before sending the PO, you'll also have the chance to:

  • Modify quantities

  • Delete items

  • Add cost codes


 

How to Use Get Quotes (Mobile)

Step 1: Create a Get Quotes Order

  1. Tap the Create button at the bottom of the mobile app.

  2. Select Get Quotes.

  3. Fill out the Order Details form, then tap Continue.

    • Pro Tip: Name the order intuitively so it is clear to your project and accounting teams.




Step 2: Enter Project Details & Quote Request Details

  1. Enter the Project Details

  2. Fill in the What do you Need? field with the items/services required.

  3. Attach documents or pictures to include specifications or examples for reference.

    • The text and attachments will be visible to all suppliers receiving the request.

    • Suppliers will not know this is a competitive RFQ.

  4. For rentals:

    • Enter the date needed on-site.

    • Specify the rental duration (days, weeks, or months).

  5. (Optional) Enter the quote due date, then tap Next.

    • Tip: Give suppliers enough time to respond; they may decline if the deadline is too tight.

Step 3: Invite Suppliers

  1. (Optional) Select supplier categories, then tap Next.

  2. Tap to select suppliers from the list, then tap Next.

    • We recommend inviting four suppliers, but at least one is required.

  3. Having trouble?

    • Search for a supplier using the Search bar.

    • Manually enter an email address if your supplier is not listed.



Step 4: Delivery Details

  1. Fill out delivery details.

  2. Ensure sufficient lead time for the selected delivery date.

Step 5: Review & Send

  1. Review your Get Quotes Summary for accuracy.

  2. Tap the edit button on the top-right of each section to make changes.

  3. Tap Send Request for Quotes.

Tracking Your Quote Requests

  • We will notify you when your quotes are ready, or when the due date for the quotes has arrived.

  • To check your order status:

    1. From Home, select More > Orders > My Orders (tab).

    2. Tap your order to view updates.
