After you review them, you can turn the awarded quote into a purchase order with one tap! You'll have a chance to change quantities, delete items, and add cost codes before you send the PO.


Steps in this workflow:

Get Quotes > Review Quotes & Create PO > Send PO > Receive Order

  

 

How to use Get Quotes (mobile)


Create a Get Quotes ticket

  1. Tap Get Quotes on your dashboard.
     

     
  2. Project: Select your project from the drop-down menu. 
    If you can't find your project, you may not be added to the Project Team, or it may not exist yet. Contact a QTM Administrator in your organization to request assistance.
     
      
  3. Order NameGive your order a name.
    Pro tip: Keep the Project Team in mind - give it a name that makes it obvious what your purchase order is for.

     
     
  4. What do you need?: Enter the items / services that you require here.
     
    • This text will be visible to all suppliers that you send this to.
        
    • Be specific about your items so that any supplier can understand what to quote.
       
    • For rentals:
      • Enter date you need it on-site.
         
      • Enter rental duration: days, week, or months?
         
  5.  
  6. Add AttachmentOptional. 
    Need the supplier to see a diagram or other support documentation? Use the paperclip icon to attach a document that will help them give you an accurate quote!

     


     
  7. Quotation Due DateOptional.
    You can set a due date to give yourself enough time to weigh your options before sending your PO.

     
     
  8. Click Next.
     

Invite suppliers

  1. Select supplier category (optional)

     


     
  2. Tap to select the suppliers you want to request quotes from, then tap Next.  
    Having trouble?
    • Search for supplier: Don't see your supplier in this list? Try using the Search bar.
        
    • Email supplier directly: If you still can't find them, you can enter their email address below the empty search results.
      ! This must be accessed from the search feature - after a search is attempted.
       

 

Delivery:

Fill out the form as needed. 

  

  • Delivery Instructions: Let the supplier know if there are special delivery instructions for your site.
      
  • Where toIf an additional location needs to be added, contact either your Project Administrator, your QuoteToMe admin, or the Customer Success team.


Final Confirmation:

Review the quote request for accuracy before sending this to your suppliers.

 

! It is important to get all your details right at this step.

This is because the quote you award will be converted to a purchase order!
