When you log into your QuoteToMe web app, you will land on the dashboard (our home page).
The Dashboard
The web app dashboard displays your company’s purchase order activity across three tabs.
- The Active Orders tab will display all orders currently active in the system.
- The My Orders tab will only display your active orders.
- The Order History tab will display all inactive orders (cancelled and archived).
Common tasks on this page:
- Access orders for your teams.
- Initiate change orders for accounting purposes.
- Assist with PO creation & order management.
The Top Bar
The top bar displays the following features for all users using the QuoteToMe web app.
Features from left to right:
- QuoteToMe logo: Brings you back to the dashboard.
- GET QUOTES: Complete a form to submit a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to your favourite suppliers.
- CREATE PO: Want more control? Create a PO manually with the option of sending it to the supplier.
- Profile icon: Edit your profile information.
- Question mark: Access our Help Desk articles
