Overview

The Chat Feature is available on both the web and mobile apps, allowing you to communicate directly with QTM staff for support, inquiries, and order assistance.

We have a support team available to assist you from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM Mountain Time. 

 


On web or mobile:


1. Select the chat icon on the top-right of the app.
 

2. Select a service - provide feedback, or request help
 

3. Start typing!
  

4. Optional: Attach a document, such as a saved screenshot by selecting the paperclip icon in the chat field.
