Didn’t receive enough quotes back to make a decision? Need more time? You can update the due date for your Get Quotes request!
How to extend quotation due date
1. Locate your Get Quotes order.
You can search in the search bar by order name, or look under “My orders” for your order which is Waiting for Quotes.
Pro Tip: use the filters to focus in on results.
2. Click "View Detail"
3. Once on the order page, locate the 3-dot menu in the upper right side and select “Update Quote Due Date”:
4. A dialog will then pop up with the ability to select a new quote due date on the calendar:
5. Once saved, a small dialog at the bottom of the page will indicate success.
The suppliers that have not yet quoted will be sent an email update indicating the new due date.
