Managing materials just got easier! Our Mobile Bill Of Materials feature helps you stay organized and in control of your construction project needs—all in one place.


With BOM, you can:

  • Create a materials list for each project

  • Track what’s needed to avoid shortages or over-ordering

  • Create purchase orders

  • Keep a history of used materials for future jobs


How to Create a Bill of Materials

Step 1: Select Create Button and tap Bill of Materials


Step 2: Fill in BOM order name and select project.



Step 3: Add Items to the BOM




Step 4: Manage Your Bill of Materials

    Creating Purchase Orders


  • Click "Manage Items"

  • Select items using the checkboxes on the left.

  • Click Create PO to generate an order.



    Editing Items

  • Click the pencil icon on the far right to edit line items. 

  • Use the trash icon to delete items.

  • Scroll to the right to view linked order(s), order cost, received quantity, received cost, and to add any comments.
