Overview
This guide walks you through the steps to create a transfer order to move materials from your warehouse to a project site.



1. Navigate to Inventory

  • Go to Inventory:


2. Select Items to Transfer

  • Use the search bar to quickly find the item you want to transfer (optional).

  • Click the checkbox next to the item(s) you want to transfer.

    • You can select multiple items if needed.

      Note: Multiple items can only be transferred together if they are from the same warehouse location.





3. Initiate a Transfer

  • Once items are selected, click the Transfer button (orange) located in the top-right corner.

  • A transfer order form will open, prompting you to specify details.


 

4. Enter Transfer Details

  • From Location: This will default to the current warehouse location (e.g., Warehouse A – Builder Corp NorthPoint Hub).

  • To Location / Project: Select the project site you want to transfer the items to.

  • Quantity: Enter the number of units you want to transfer. 

  • Cost code: Assign the appropriate cost code(s).

  • Delivery details

    • Set as Pick Up or Delivery

    • Set contact name, delivery address if delivering

    • Add the expected date & time for the transfer delivery/pick up



5. Issue Transfer Order 

  • (Optional) Add any Additional Information or Comments relevant to the transfer.

  • Once ready, click the Issue Transfer Order button (orange) to finalize the transfer.
