This feature works with the Get Quotes (email) workflow.

 

The QuoteToMe add-in for MS Outlook allows you to convert a quote into a PO directly from MS Outlook.

 

 

 

How to Install the QuoteToMe add-in


  1. Open MS Outlook (in mail view).
     
  2. Click Get Add-ins, located in the Home tab of the top ribbon bar, on the right side.
    The Add-ins window will pop up.
     
  3. Type "quotetome" into the search bar, then select QuoteToMe from the drop-down menu.
    ! Do not use spaces in your search.
  4. Click Add.
     
  5. Restart Outlook.
     
  6. Once Outlook opens, you should see the QuoteToMe Add-in in the top ribbon bar.
    This will be greyed out if you are not in an email.
