This article will help you prepare your Procore instance for QuoteToMe integration.
Requirements:

The Project Permissions template will allow the QuoteToMe Procore app to access your project based on the permissions you enable.
How to create a Project Permissions template
The QuoteToMe service account needs permission to read and modify each Procore project that you will be using with us.
In Procore, navigate to your company's Permissions page.
Top menu > Company Tools > Permissions | The Permissions link is in the Core Tools list.Click the Project Permissions Templates tab.
Click the Create Project Permissions Template button (top right) and select Project (Global) - Assignable to All Projects from the drop-down list.
Name the template QuoteToMe Integration.
Or another name - ensure it will easily allow yourself and others to identify this as the template for QuoteToMe.Click Confirm to create the new template.
The Edit Template page will load for this template.
Grant the following permissions:
There is a long list of permissions - only change the permissions listed below.Admin - Admin
This option is located in the Core Tools group.
This allows us to automatically sync your project data to QuoteToMe.
! Admin is required to add line items to those contracts.
Directory - Read Only + Create and Edit Companies
This option is located in the Core Tools group.
This allows QuoteToMe to find project vendors.
Please ensure "Create and Edit Companies" is checked, as this will allow QTM to add needed suppliers to each project - this is essential for orders to sync properly without intervention & delays.
Budget - Read Only [Optional]
This option is located in the Financial Management group.
There is a long list of checkboxes grouped under Budget - none of them need to be checked.
Select this option if using Budgeted Cost Types to allow QuoteToMe to read your budgeted project cost codes.
Commitments - Admin
This option is located in the Financial Management group.
Standard permissions only allow QuoteToMe to create purchase order contracts.
Direct Costs - Standard [Optional]
This option is located in the Financial Management group.
There are three checkboxes grouped under Budget - ensure Create Direct Cost Item & Update Direct Cost Item are selected.
Select this option if using our Expenses feature to allow QuoteToMe to read and write expenses to your Procore direct costs module.
Scroll to the top of the table, and click Save.
Now that your template is created, we can install and configure the QuoteToMe app within Procore!
