Lead Times Now Visible in Quote Details
Supplier lead times now appear directly within quote details and quote modals alongside pricing information. This gives your team better visibility into delivery timelines.
More Control Over Project Access
Admins can now manage who can join projects with a new project access setting. When “Allow users to join projects” is turned OFF, only Admins can add users to projects — helping teams maintain tighter control over project visibility, permissions, and access across the company.
New Supplier Requests
To improve supplier management and maintain cleaner company records, only Admins can now add suppliers to the Company Supplier List. If you need a supplier added, please reach out to your Company Admin for assistance.
Change the Approver After a Request Is Sent
Approval workflows are now more flexible when plans change mid-process. Users can now update or reassign approvers even after an approval request has already been submitted — helping keep approvals moving without needing to restart the workflow.
Automatic Block on Over-Invoiced Line Items
QuoteToMe will now automatically prevent an invoice from being approved if any line item exceeds the originally quoted amount. This added safeguard helps teams catch billing discrepancies early, reduce costly mistakes, and better protect project budgets from overpayment.
