The 3-Dot Menu
Some of the most useful actions are easy to miss. The 3-dot menu lets you quickly:
- Rename an order
- Duplicate an order (new feature)
- Complete an order – sets status to Complete without changing receiving details.
- Cancel an order
Manage Your Notifications
Getting more alerts than you need? You can fine-tune notifications at two levels:
- Project level – Choose which projects send you PO and change order updates.
- Account level – Choose how you receive notifications (delivery method).
Supplier Chat
Keep communication in one place. Use Supplier Chat to ask questions, confirm details, and follow up on quotes — conversations stay connected to the order, so your team has full visibility.
