How to create a project

 

Step 1. Select Create from the top left corner of the QuoteToMe interface, highlighted in orange.  
 

Step 2. Click Create Project.

Step 3. Choose how you want to create the project:   

  • Import from Accounting (Recommended): Sync project details from an existing project in your accounting software.
  • Create Static Project: Specify project details manually in QuoteToMe without syncing with accounting software.
  • Click Next to proceed.

Step 4. Create the project team. 

Step 5. Select project team roles.

Your project is now ready to use!



Next step: add project cost codes (optional)


In QuoteToMe, you can add project-specific cost codes for easy selection in your orders. This can be done at any time
