This feature is only accessible by Admin users.
How to create a project
- Select Create from the top left corner of the QuoteToMe interface, highlighted in orange.
- Click Create Project.
- Choose how you want to create the project:
- Import from Accounting (Recommended): Sync project details from an existing project in your accounting software.
- Create Static Project: Specify project details manually in QuoteToMe without syncing with accounting software.
- Click Next to proceed.
- Create the project team.
The project team size is unlimited.
Consideration: include team members who have necessary purchasing / approval limits.
- Select project team roles.

Your project is now ready to use!
Next step: add project cost codes (optional)
In QuoteToMe, you can add project-specific cost codes for easy selection in your POs.
